The service
Menify lets restaurants publish a digital menu, receive reservations and WhatsApp orders, and see menu analytics. The service is a monthly subscription with no lock-in: cancel any time and it stays active until the end of the paid period.
Your content
The menu, photos and branding you upload remain yours. You authorize us only to display them to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, descriptions and allergen information, and for holding rights to the images you publish.
Orders and reservations
Menify forwards orders and reservations directly to your WhatsApp or dashboard; we are not a party to the transaction between restaurant and diner, we do not process diner payments and we take no commission per order or reservation.
Billing and cancellation
The subscription is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. If you cancel, no further charges occur and your menu is paused at the end of the paid period. You can reactivate later and your data will still be there.
Liability limits
We work to keep the service fast and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the last three months.
